Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are shipped from New Brunswick or Toronto, Canada and are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam folder—or reach out to us at shop@cheekypeachdesigns.com for confirmation.

Need to make a change? Contact us immediately at shop@cheekypeachdesigns.com. Unfortunately, we’re unable to modify orders once they’ve shipped.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us, we’ll issue a refund (minus the shipping cost) and ask that you place a new order with the correct details.

Please note: We are not responsible for carrier delays. Once your package is with the shipping provider, transit times are out of our control.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery for Saint John, New Brunswick. If your order is eligible, the local delivery option will appear at checkout. Orders placed with local delivery will receive an email with details on when to expect their order.

Shipping Protection & Lost Packages

At checkout, you’ll have the option to add shipping protection to your order. This covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages, allowing us to resend your order at no additional cost.

If you choose not to add shipping protection, we are unable to replace or refund lost packages. Once your order leaves our hands, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen mail.

How to Check Your Order Status

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification. Not all orders will include tracking information, as it depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at shop@cheekypeachdesigns.com with your name and order number, and we’ll do our best to assist.
