About Our Products

Where are your products made?

We’re proud to say that all of our products are designed in Canada by Co-Founder Lex! Our goal is always to keep production domestic, which we do for about 97% of products. Our cards are printed in Saint John, NB & stickers largely printed in-house. This is important to us as it supports local businesses and ensures high-quality craftsmanship.

We have on occasion outsourced production outside of Canada (which is rare), and we've do so only when we were not able to find a manufacturer within Canada that would print in the small quantities we require.

Do you use artwork or assets from other artists?

No. We believe in slow art and made the decision early on to create all the artwork on the products ourselves. All of the illustrations you see on the products are hand-drawn by Lex.

Shipping & Delivery

How much will shipping cost?

We offer free local delivery for customers who are located in Saint John NB. You will see this option automatically at checkout.

Canada Shipping rates: FREE local delivery for Saint John, NB. This option will only appear at checkout if your address qualifies for local delivery.

$3 shipping: for orders under $8

$5 shipping: orders under $30

$10 shipping: orders $30+

U.S. Shipping Rates:$15 shipping: orders under $50

$20 shipping: orders $50+

 What are your delivery times?

We process orders within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Domestic shipping within Canada takes 3 to 5 business days. U.S. shipping takes 7 to 10 business days. This is Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.

Note: We do our best to have your orders delivered in a timely manner, but we are not responsible for any shipping carrier delays.

Do you offer local delivery?

Orders and Returns

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number. We’ll investigate the matter for you.

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered, we recommend reaching out to your local post office for assistance. If you are still unable to locate your order, please contact us, and we will help you.

What if I receive the wrong product?

Please contact us, and we will promptly resolve the issue to ensure you receive the correct item.

How do I return a product?

If you’re looking to return your order, we’re here to help! We have a 10-day return policy. 10 days after receiving your item, you may request a return.

Note: discounted, sale items, and gifted products are final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused).

To start a return, contact us and include your order number with a description of the reason for your return.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes, we love partnering with wholesalers! We offer flexible minimums starting at just 10 units. Contact us, and we’ll be happy to share our discounted wholesale pricing and discuss how we can work together.

Do you offer corporate gifting?

Yes, we are always happy to work with you to make corporate gifts customized and special. We start corporate gifting as low as 10 units. We are happy to offer custom designs and products. You may view our previous corporate gifting clients here. Please contact us with details about your corporate gift idea and we can work together to make your vision come to life!

What is the minimum order for wholesale and corporate gifting?

For wholesale orders, we have flexible minimums as low as 10 units. For corporate gifting, we’re happy to accommodate custom requests, with minimums varying based on the specific product and customization needs. Please contact us to discuss your vision, and we’ll provide all the details!

 Do you offer custom designs?

Yes, we are happy to design and produce customized paper products. Please contact us with the details about your vision and we can create a unique product tailored to you.
